Initial Process
Hello and thank you for partnering with us in prayer for Move Church. Move Church has been a prayer since 2008 and it's a joy to see it finally become a reality. As you can imagine, starting a new church takes a lot of different things; work, energy, vision, drive, money, people, etc. The most important thing it takes is prayer and that's why we are honored and thrilled that you are our prayer partner. We wanted to take a minute to update you on our process and give you some specific prayer points. This past Sunday, October 2nd, we announced to our current church that God has called us to start a new church. The responses were mixed with some being shocked, some being excited, and some being upset. All of those responses are expected and normal. During the next several weeks I, along with our Leadership Team, will be developing a sponsorship plan. For about 6-9 more months I will stay on staff at CenterPoint Church in a hybrid role.
